Obituary published in the Williamsport (PA) Sun Gazette October 13, 1977

Randall S. Day, 22, of 367 South Main Street, Hughesville, died at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, 1977, in the Williamsport Hospital, where he had been admitted Sept. 24.
He was born at Williamsport July 11, 1955, a son of Clarence M. and Emmy Lou Flock Day.
He was employed by the photoflash division of GTE Sylvania, Montoursville.
A 1974 graduate of Hughesville High School, he had been a member of the Picture Rocks Volunteer Fire Co. before moving to Hughesville during the summer.
His only survivors are his parents, with whom he lived.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Newhart's, 209 South Main Street, with the Rev. Robert E. Berger, pastor of the Picture Rocks Baptist Church, and the Rev. Larry L. Coleman, pastor of the Picture Rocks United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Picture Rocks Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.

This plaque is located across the road from the entrance to the Lime Bluff Recreational Area near Hughesville. It is on the path between the Soccer/Little League ball fields and the Lime Bluff Park.
